Swimtopia

The summer league has switched to a new management system for the whole league. This will streamline meet entries and results across all host locations. It will also allow for real-time meet results at pools with internet capabilities.

Communication

Meet Attendance It is highly recommended that all swimmers participate in as many meets as possible in order to see weekly progress. Every week, there will be a google form that MUST be filled out regarding meet attendance. If you cannot attend a meet, it is very important to fill out the form stating that you will not be at the meet. Please note: A relay of four swimmers may be cancelled if one swimmer on that relay does not show up. To avoid this, please communicate with the coaches ahead of time if your swimmer will not be able to attend a particular meet. Registration

Fees

-MTAC Member Fee: $128 first child / $103 for each additional child
(Member Swim Team Fee + $3 swimtopia fee)

-Non-Member Fee: $178 per child / $153 for each additional child
(Non-Member Swim Team Fee + $3 swimtopia fee)

Fees are due at the first practice.

Cash or checks are accepted. Please make them out to MTAC

Fundraiser

We will likely participate in a fundraiser for the swim team. Each swimmer will participate. If you would like to not participate in the fundraiser, you can pay $40 per swimmer after the fundraiser has been announced to be exempt from the fundraiser. (separate check)

Suits and Equipment

-Girls: One-Piece Swim Team Swimsuit

- Boys: Jammer Style Swim Team Swimsuit

- Goggles: All swimmers must wear goggles at practice and meets. Since swimmers will be practicing outside, mirrored goggles are highly recommended. (I have added some suggestions in the team store)
